The Alexander Technique

By studying the Alexander Technique you begin to understand your own postural habits and learn to let go of them. The results are often improved co-ordination and greater ease in movement.

The Alexander Technique does not set out to cure specific symptoms but it does help to uncover and change unconscious habit patterns which often underlie other problems.

The Alexander Technique is a powerful tool which will:

  • Help you stop and choose your reactions
  • Heighten your self awareness
